About This Agency
Overview Project NEON, Needle and sex Education Outreach Network, is a peer led queer community based outreach program. Our Harm Reductionists offer safer use equipment, safer sex supplies, wound care supplies, hygiene products and information about the relationship between substance use, sexual behavior and diseases. We value every individual and their ability to make life enhancing decisions based on accurate information free of stigma to promote a health-positive culture in an environment rich with diversity, integrity, courage and balance.
