About This Agency
A peer-based harm reduction and recovery services program for at-risk people in Rhode Island. We provide peer recovery support, street outreach, needle exchange, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, safer sex supplies, naloxone distribution and training, transition support for trans folks, and referrals for detox, treatment, and housing needs.
