About This Agency

Operation in My Back Yard is an anti NIMBY group providing harm reduction supplies in Philadelphia including safe smoking, injection and snorting kits and safe sex work packs. We also distribute food and seasonal necessities to people experiencing homelessness. We provide all our supplies for free and educate individuals and community businesses on how to reverse an overdose. We provide Naloxone and assist with costs of sober living for individuals who request it. We believe in empowering people who use drugs by educating them on how to do so safely.
