About This Agency

Trillium Health Harm Reduction Services is a syringe service program in Rochester, NY. We service the majority of New York’s Finger Lakes Region. We provide syringes and sterile works free of charge to all participants- as well as outreach and education to participants and their communities. We have rural outreach and syringe services available as well. We can provide most services in both English and Spanish. We are a program of Trillium Health- which is an FQCH look-alike. Any services not listed here can very likely be received within our agency.
