Georgia Harm Reduction Coalition (GHRC) Cooper Center is a community-based prevention and wellness organization committed to improving the overall health and wellbeing of marginalized individuals and communities. GHRC provides: – FREE Education – FREE Risk Reduction Programs – FREE Prevention – FREE Substance Abuse Counseling – FREE Health Screenings – FREE Diagnosis and Treatment of HIV/AIDS, STDs, Hepatitis, and other Communicable Diseases.
