Corazon SA provides services 5 days a week for unhoused residents in San Antonio, Texas. Services include daily hot meals, access to primary health care, dermatology services, clothing, personal hygiene products, warm showers, ID Recovery, case management, transitional housing, harm reduction services and more.rnThe Corazon Harm Reduction Drop-In Center is committed to reducing stigma and empowering clients through services that reduce the harms associated with substance use and other high-risk activities. We provide a holistic approach to harm reduction by improving access to medical, behavioral, treatment and social services through peer-led street outreach, recovery coaching and case management. We are open for drop-in syringe exchange, naloxone distribution, fentanyl test strips, condoms, and other resources for clean and safe drug use. rn
