About This Agency
We are a community prevention programs that prevent spread of disease and protect communities (CDC). We provide the following (either on-site or referral): Distribution and collection of hypodermic needles/syringes, Substance related use disorder counseling, Treatment and recovery services, Case management, HIV, HCV, and STD testing, HCV treatment through telehealth, Reproductive health education and services, Wound care, Overdose prevention education, Safer use information, Safer sex kits, Trauma-informed peer support and trainings and Naloxone distribution.
