About This Agency
RISE is a Needs Based SSP. We have basic Harm Reduction and Safe Injecting supplies. HIV, Hep C and Syphilis rapid testing. Fentanyl test strips. Nasal and Injectable Naloxone. Primary care, MAT/MOUD, Hep C and HIV treatment. Behavioral Health and Dental Services. We have a full service, ADAP and 340 B pharmacy. All services are based on sliding fee and/or insurance.
