About This Agency
The HOPE Project is a free, confidential, and anonymous Syringe Service Program at District Health Department #10 (DHD#10). The program provides Safe Use Kits: syringes, alcohol swabs, sterile water, cookers, cottons, tourniquets, Fentanyl Test Strips, condoms, Xylazine Test Strips, Bandaids, Triple antibiotic cream, and a treatment/recovery/naloxone resource sheet. Naloxone (Narcan) is also available via an outdoor Naloxone Distribution Box.
