About This Agency
NorthPoint In n’ Out Harm Reduction and Testing Services Program provides practical, education based, harm reduction strategies. We use Harm Reduction frameworks as a way to mitigate and reduce the potential for negative impacts that drug use can cause to PWID in North Minneapolis.
