About This Agency
Holler Harm Reduction is a free and confidential service that provides delivery of Harm Reduction supplies and overdose prevention materials to folks using drugs in rural Western North Carolina. Holler is based in Madison County, North Carolina and works with folks who use drugs and the people who care about them to ensure safe use and reduce the rates of overdose, infectious diseases and injection related infections. We support drug users and believe in their autonomy. We aim to serve the community and the individual.

To set up a delivery, call or text (828) 290-9066 with your location and supply needs. We deliver Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm. We deliver supplies anywhere in Madison County and North Buncombe County (Weaverville, Leicester).
