About This Agency
We are a group of grassroots activists who are changing the world one syringe at a time. We provide free, on-demand harm reduction supplies, including naloxone (aka Narcan), to anyone who needs them, as well as education and advocacy about harm reduction. Supplies available on demand via text, call, or DM. Serving the Central and Northern Neck areas of Virginia with referrals available in other areas.
