Victory Programs Mobile Prevention Team provides community-based prevention services through a harm reduction lens. Our team conducts screening for infectious diseases, counsels clients on safer substance use, educates on and distributes Narcan, navigates to healthcare treatment, and provides harm reduction kits both in programs and on the street.
