About This Agency
We offer supplies and support for people who use drugs because we believe everyone should have access to the health care they need. Some of us use drugs, some of us don’t. All of us are committed to loving, non-judgmental health care services. Dubuque Harm Reduction is a branch of the Dubuque Democratic Socialists, the local chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
