About This Agency
FLASH provides comprehensive, low-barrier access to health service navigation and supportive services, including a one-to-one exchange of sterile syringes for used ones. Along with sterile, unused syringes, it will distribute other harm reduction supplies (cookers, cottons, sterile water, condoms) to participants inside of the Palm Beach County geographical area.
