About This Agency
Health Innovations (HI) was started in 2004 in response to the ever changing needs and challenges of health and human service delivery systems. We are a woman- and minority-owned company which collectively brings together over 45 years of clinical expertise and administrative experience. Our focus is to find solutions and address disparities across all spectrums of health and social services programming, implementation, evaluation and training, specializing in the areas of infectious disease, substance use, and mental health.
Please note the soup kitchen downstairs serves lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pmOur Lynn site now has a drug checking program
